Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater!!

I had a blast this weekend!  My family and I toured the west coast and played in the ocean!  I assumed that eating healthy would be more difficult on the road and while camping, but I was able to make good choices along the way.  I ate things like Kashi Go Lean cereal, bananas, plums, turkey sandwiches, and a very healthy low-cal seafood salad.  I didn't do as well Sunday as I should have because I didn't keep track of the calories I ate.  Which got me thinking about maybe taking Sundays off.  Not to go crazy or eat unhealthily on Sundays, but to take one day a week to not count calories.  I will still make an effort to make healthy choices, watch my portion control and eat drink lots of water, but to give myself a break on counting calories.  I am undecided about it yet, and will take some more time to think it over before I make a decision, but I am thinking that by giving myself a little cheat that I can stick to my healthier lifestyle.
